After the match PAOK - Schalke German fans were transferred by coach to the city center and from there moved to the hotels they stayed. The same happened with the 70 fans of Partizan. Coincidentally some of the fans of both teams camped in two hotels on Monastery Road.
Shortly before 3 am fans of Partizan came out of their hotel and attacked German fans. The Germans were waiting at the hotel entrance. Some of the interlaced holding iron bars. Others lit torches. Two of the fans of the German team were injured in the head.
The intervention of the police was immediate

Гостујући навијачи шетају цео дан по граду сликају се, нигде пандура... Где су паокаре? Једино ако су у пријатељким односима то разумем.
