"It was money from the gang's commissary or money from ticket sales."
– "And from the sale of drugs, too?" - as if trying to complete the answer of the defendant, the judge.
"It's hard for me to answer, I don't know," David replied.
But "Balus" knew, which at the February trial answered the same question much more specifically: "How much" drug "money we gave to the community in "Psycho Fans", depended only on us. When we earned several thousand zlotys in one evening (1,000 zlotys=220 euros), we didn't even count how much we spent afterwards. With this money, we bought gasoline during trips, pyrotechnics, made team clothes, and also financially helped members of the group who were in prison, and their families, and hired lawyers for those who were under investigation."
But David did not know this (or did he not say it?), and the second trial was over.

The main actor at the third court hearing among the 50 Ruch hooligans present in the large "aquarium cage" in the courtroom was Kamil D. "Kamel" – the founder and ex-President of the official fan club of Ruch fans called "Niebiesky", created in 2013. Among the goals of this organization are to improve the safety and atmosphere at the stadium. Because the testimony of "snitches" prosecutors accused "Kamel" that he participated in the attack on fans Ostrava "Banica" stealing flags and banners of "Rakow" (Katowice) and "GKS" (Katowice) and participating in organized crime group. At the time of the hearing, Kamil had been in custody for several months.

"I have never been a member of a criminal group. No one has ever asked me to join such a group. I've never dealt with crime. This is all lies and slander" - began "Kamel" his speech in court. "I am accused of informing" Psycho Fans "about the movements of" Banik " fans on the A1 highway, but please note that my name does not even appear in David's testimony. Why? Because I don't even know him, and he just doesn't know me. I was spending the day at home with my family when someone called me and asked about a hooligan fight on the A1. As President of "Niebiesky" I often gave interviews and answered questions from journalists, so such a call did not surprise me much. But I had nothing to answer, because I simply did not know anything about what happened," he added.
– "Theft of flags of "Rakow" (Czestochowa)? Yes, I was in Czestochowa that day, but with my wife and child at a charity tournament. It was a formal event, and I was obliged to attend as President "Niebiescy". Again, David in his testimony initially did not even mention me among the attackers on the minivan of "Rakow", but 2 weeks before the end of the investigation suddenly changed his testimony by 180 degrees" - Kamil's arguments were not like a typical justification and looked quite convincing. And charges of participation in the theft of flags " GKS " (Katowice) "Kamel" called the personal revenge of "Balus" - one of the leaders of "Psycho Fans "and the hero of the first court hearing:" I Remember once I wanted to organize a training session for fans, which should have been conducted by the police, and the current prosecutors would have answered the fans ' questions. When Balus found out about it, It went crazy. That incident became the main source of conflict between me and" Balus", and then everything grew like a snowball. Another time, Balus wanted to appropriate the money earned from organizing trips by the Niebiesky fan club in favor of Psycho Fans. He wanted me to just rob our fans, but I just couldn't do that. By their actions, Balus forced me to resign as President of Niebiesky for a long time.in 2017-2018, I did so, immediately after which The Niebiesky fan club was dissolved. Now" Balus " is trying to drag me to prison and has already changed his testimony 4 times, although no one except Him mentions me as a participant in all these events," Kamil summed up.
Balus " forced the fan club "Niebiesky" to earn money from ordinary fans, were partially confirmed by "Balus" at a meeting in March 2020: "Where did" Psycho Fans " have so much money for the functioning of the gang? We received them from various sources. In the cost of departure on bus for ordinary fans was laid a surcharge to cover departure for all members of "Psycho Fans". A few more zlotys were added to the top of each ticket price. Yes, we were just robbing ordinary fans. The most profitable trip for us was a trip to the Polish Cup final against Legia in Kielce in 2012 (Ruch then lost 0: 3-approx.). We made 80,000 zlotys for one fan train (at that rate – almost 20,000 euros). Another source of income is the sale of various fan merch for all Ruch fans, as well as brigade items for members of "Psycho Fans". Plus the monthly dues that each gang member had to pay. It was believed that anyone who pays dues can count on the support of the group in case of problems, since all dues were inviolable and were spent only on the needs of "Psycho Fans": for brigade clothes, our actions, pyrotechnics, the purchase of machetes, often changed work cell phones so that we could not be listened to, for legal assistance, assistance to the families of people who are in jail, and so on."

During the trial, Kamil filed a petition to change the measure of restraint from detention in a pre-trial detention center to a subscription not to leave. He also wants the court to set a bail of 10,000 zlotys (2.220 euros): "My employer (Kamel) has been working as a medical consultant for a pharmaceutical company since 2010,the boss assured me that he would take me to my former position immediately after I left jail, because he trusted me. This would help to provide financial support to my family, since my wife does not work because she has to take care of our 9-month-old child, who is also seriously ill.I would also like to help her in caring for our baby. Plus, I would like to attach to the case file a letter of recommendation from the CEO of the company where I work, as well as the President and coach of Ruch, with whom I worked closely during my time in the fan club, "Kamil added. As a result, the charge of participation in the criminal group with "Kamel" was removed from the final indictment, and the court granted his request to change the measure of restraint from detention in jail to a subscription not to leave.
